‘Teaching Yoga to Children’ Teacher Training

Susannah regularly runs ‘Teaching Yoga to Children’ trainings. The course is suitable for yoga teachers as well as dedicated students with a regular practise. It is also ideal for Primary school teachers who wish to bring yoga into the classroom environment.

You’ll learn how to teach interactive classes based on yoga asana combined with other movement to develop co-ordination, creative expression and motor skills. The course is structured into clear, separate sections and will provide you with the necessary skills to teach yoga to children.

  • The training is 5 days - not always consecutive, please check Triyoga for specific training dates.

  • The course will cover teaching children from ages 2–3, 4–6, 7–9 and 10–14.

  • This training is accredited as a vocational training course by Yoga Alliance Professionals and meets the British Wheel of Yoga requirements for Continued Professional Diploma.
