’Essence of Being’ 200hr+ Yoga Teacher Training
October 2025 - July 2026
With the knowledge gained from training 100’s of teachers, Susannah has created a new, fully comprehensive training, accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals UK.
The ‘Essence of Being’ training, has more of a focus on personal development, self study, self awareness and self practice.
Susannah is offering her fully comprehensive training at Triyoga again, starting in Autumn 2025.
Having started yoga as a child and grown up with eastern philosophies, she passionately believes that yoga is a moving meditation and that, and its teachings should not be lost, and has created a training that makes the philosophy more accessible and integrated throughout.
By the end of this training, students will know how to teach and integrate the philosophy into their classes, will have been on a personal journey of self discovery, will know how to ‘practice’ for their type and teach in a safe and incremental way.
Key course content:
An in-depth look into the main asanas
Yoga for your type and creating your personal practice
How to teach incrementally to be able to teach mixed-level classes
How to sequence
Create a beginner course
Learn how to assist both verbally and hands-on
Explore the energetic body; Koshas, Chakras, Mudras, bandhas…
Practice various Pranayama as well as basic breathing exercises
And this is just the beginning.
